500 kW Solar Plant at Delhi Assembly

A 500 kW solar power plant is being set up at the Delhi Legislative Assembly, increasing total capacity from 200 kW. This will make the Assembly energy self-sufficient and save ?15 lakh per month, with annual savings of ?1.75 crore. The new 500 kilowatt rooftop solar power plant will be spread over 3,250 square feet, which is expected to be completed in 45 days.
