ITC Limited has proposed a phased increase in paper production capacity from 60,000 TPA to 84,000 TPA, representing a 40% expansion. The increase will be executed in two stages of 20% each by modifying one of its paper machines (PM #1). The modification of PM #1 will also adjust the anchor GSM from 30 to 60. The other two machines, PM #3 and PM #4, will remain unchanged in the production process.
