Foundation Laid for ?732 Crore Coal Handling Projects in Jharkhand
Central Coalfields Limited (CCL)
The foundation stone for two coal handling projects, has been laid in Jharkhand, comprising the Karo Coal Handling Plant and the Konar Coal Handling Plant, located in the Bokaro and Kargali areas of Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL). Together, these facilities will have a capacity of 12 million tonnes per annum, with the Karo plant costing Rs 410 crore and the Konar plant valued at Rs 322 crore.
