Mysuru to Build Two Waste-to-Biogas Plants

Mysuru City Corporation (MCC)

Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) plans to build two compressed biogas plants, one at Harishchandra Ghat near Chamundi Hills and another at Manche Gowdana Koppalu graveyard. Each plant will have a budget of ?98 lakh and will convert waste into compressed biogas for clean energy. The MCC will oversee the construction, operation, and maintenance of the plants using its civic workforce.
