J&K to build a 200-bed Maternal and Child Care Hospital at GMC Srinagar

Jammu & Kashmir plans to construct a 200-bed Maternal and Child Care Hospital (MCCH) at the Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital in Janglatmandi, Anantnag. The Health Secretary, Syed Abid Rashid Shah, has instructed the Public Works Department (PWD) to prepare and submit a Detailed Project Report (DPR) at the earliest. The new facility aims to improve healthcare services in the region.
