The 141 km Hejjala-Chamarajanagar railway line in Karnataka will pass through key locations such as Harohalli, Kanakapura, Malavalli, and Kollegal. With 70 km traversing Ramanagara district, the project benefits five taluks and requires the acquisition of 1,700 acres of land to boost connectivity and regional development.
