EC Amendment Sought for Armsburg Rasagna North Project

M/s. The Building Company has applied for an amendment in the environmental clearance for the proposed Armsburg Rasagna North residential and commercial project. The amendment involves adding an additional upper floor to the commercial building block. The total site area, number of apartment units, and the number of floors in the Amenities Block and residential blocks (A & B) will remain unchanged. As a result, the total built-up area will increase from 86,482.30 sq. m to 90,837.20 sq. m. The project, located on a 14,762.80 sq. m site, will consist of 280 apartment units, with a commercial building now featuring 7 upper floors.
