Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)

BMC is seeking environmental clearance for the proposed construction of a high-rise transportation and commercial hub at Dahisar Village in R/N Ward, Mumbai. The project, spanning a plot area of 15,309.07 sq. m, will have an FSI area of 1,00,703.17 sq. m, a non-FSI area of 1,30,374.59 sq. m, and a total built-up area of 2,31,077.76 sq. m.
