Merlin Group to develop luxury residential project in Bidhannagar

Merlin Group is launching its second thematic luxury residential project in the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation area near New Town, with an investment of around Rs. 800 crore. Spanning eight acres, the first phase will feature 11 residential towers with 880 apartments across 13 floors. Construction is set to begin soon, with completion expected by 2030.
