Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) plans to expand the capacity of Koderma Thermal Power Station (TPS) by adding two ultra-supercritical units of 800 MW each (2×800 MW) under the Phase-II expansion project. The new units will be accommodated within the existing Koderma TPS premises, utilizing available land.
