Construction of Boys and Girls Hostel at IIT Delhi

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)

IIT Delhi is undertaking the construction of Boys Hostel and Girls Hostel along with associated services under EPC mode of contract through RITES. The project, part of Package-II, will be developed within the IIT Delhi campus, which spans a total plot area of 12,64,727 m². The proposed hostel block will have a built-up area of 68,221.8 m², increasing the total built-up area of the campus to 9,37,526.09 m².
