L&T to Build Secretariat Buildings in New Delhi

Larsen and Toubro Limited

Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories vertical has secured an EPC contract from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for the development of Common Central Secretariat buildings 6 and 7 in New Delhi. The project includes construction of one basement, two podiums, an upper ground floor, and six upper floors. Scope covers civil works, MEP services, external development, and five-year O&M. Estimated project value is between Rs. 2,500 crore and Rs. 5,000 crore.
