Reliance NU Energies won 350 MW of solar capacity plus 175 MW/700 MWh battery storage in a competitive SJVN tender at a tariff of Rs 3.33/kWh for 25 years. The integrated project requires a minimum four-hour daily discharge and will be developed under build-own-operate norms. Jindal India Renewable Energy also secured 300 MW solar-plus-storage with similar conditions in the same tender
