Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited has been awarded a new work order valued at Rs. 98.06 Crores by the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI). The contract spans three years, with the possibility of extension for an additional two years. The scope of work involves fairway maintenance along the Farakka – Kahalgaon stretch, spanning 146 km of the river Ganga, as part of National Waterway -1.
