Ltd. has proposed the construction of high-rise residential apartments on a 32,666.89 sq.m site, with a net site area of 31,382.94 sq.m after deductions for road widening, nala, and Bhata Dhari. The project includes 3 residential towers (Blocks A, B, and C), each with 5 basements, a ground floor, and 59 upper floors, along with a clubhouse (G+2 floors). It will offer 1,666 residential units—1,532 of 3 BHK and 134 of 4 BHK. The total built-up area is 4,86,248.42 sq.m.
