Fourth Dimension Architects emerged as the lowest bidder to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for the Goa Tourism Development Corporation’s Farmagudi Residency in Ponda, Goa. The PMC scope includes overseeing construction of a swimming pool, entrance arch, parking area, and renovation of the reception block and changing room/toilet facilities. The financial bids were opened on 12 May 2025, marking the start of project execution planning for these infrastructure upgrades.
