Globe Civil Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder for a Rs. 70.92 crore contract from IIT Kanpur to construct the Kotak School of Sustainability. Designed to promote green architecture and energy-efficient infrastructure, the academic facility will support sustainability-focused education. The project is scheduled for completion within 16 months.
