Ashiana Housing is proposing an expansion of its Ashiana Amarah residential project at Sector-93, Village Wazirpur, Gurugram, Haryana. The project, previously granted Environmental Clearance by SEIAA Haryana on 24.08.2021, covers a plot area of 90,422.95 m². While the plot area remains unchanged, the built-up area is set to increase from 2,33,182.85 m² to 2,43,779.53 m² as part of the expansion.
