Adani Airports will invest Rs. 20,000 crore in phased city-side developments, with 70% allocated to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai airports. The focus is on non-aeronautical revenue streams such as retail, hospitality, and commercial real estate, targeting 70% non-aero revenue by 2030. At Navi Mumbai International Airport, a 240-acre zone will feature hotels, office towers, a mall, and apartments, with phase 1 launching in October 2025. Mumbai Airport development remains limited due to regulatory constraints.
