Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC)

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has received an expression of interest to establish a new medical college in Govandi, Mumbai, under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The proposed facility will include 100 MBBS seats and a 580-bed teaching hospital, which will be attached to the existing Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Shatabdi Hospital, enhancing healthcare and medical education infrastructure in the region.
