DS (Assam) Hospitality Limited plans to expand the existing Radisson Blu Hotel project at Gotanagar, along National Highway 37, Guwahati, Assam. The proposed development includes an additional hotel block comprising 84 rooms with a built-up area of 4,708.8 sq.m. Following the expansion, the project’s total gross built-up area will increase to 41,721.57 sq.m.
