Fresh Clearance Sought for Delhi One Commercial Project in Noida

Boulevard Projects has sought fresh environmental clearance for the commercial complex Max One located at Plot No. C1/A, Sector-16B, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The project was earlier granted clearance in 2012 for a plot area of 40,056.72 sq.m and a built-up area of 4,15,666 sq.m. As the construction remains incomplete and the previous clearance has expired, a new application has been submitted with the same project parameters for approval.
