Sources reveal that both the Maharashtra and Gujarat state governments have offered appealing land deals to Tesla, signaling a pivotal advancement in the country’s electric mobility sector. The proposed plant, requiring an estimated investment of USD 2 billion to USD 3 billion, aims to cater to the increasing demand for Tesla’s EVs, both within India and globally.
