SJVN Green Energy and Assam Power Distribution Company Form Renewable Energy Joint Venture

SJVN Green Energy (SGEL), a subsidiary of SJVN, has entered into a joint venture and shareholders agreement with Assam Power Distribution Company (APDCL) to develop renewable energy projects within APDCL or SJVN jurisdiction areas, as well as across India. Under the agreement, SGEL will hold a majority ownership stake of 51% in the new joint venture company, with APDCL owning the remaining 49%. This partnership aims to accelerate the development of renewable energy infrastructure in designated regions and nationwide.
