Kamathipura Redevelopment Bids Submitted By Two Major Contractors
Mumbai Building Repairs and Reconstruction Board (MBRRB)
The Mumbai Building Repairs and Reconstruction Board (MBRRB) under MHADA has received bids from J Kumar Infraprojects and AATK Construction for the 34-acre Kamathipura redevelopment project covering technical and financial proposals for rehabilitation of existing structures, construction of multi-tower residential blocks up to 57 floors, infrastructure upgrades, utilities relocation, access and egress works, and beneficiary allotment operations for 8,001 residents. The bid evaluation phase will include technical scrutiny, financial appraisal and subsequent award and execution scheduling, along with biometric beneficiary validation and phased resettlement logistics planning.
