Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA)

NMRDA is acquiring 1,710 acres at Godhani Ladgaon (Rithi), Hingna, for establishment of an International Business and Finance Centre. The project forms part of the Rs. 6,500 crore New Nagpur Project and involves an investment of Rs. 3,000 crore in the first phase. Of the acquired land, 1,000 acres will be developed as the business district and 710 acres reserved for future expansion. NBCC has been appointed as project management consultant.
