NeoLiv, a fund-led developer, will develop a 47-acre mixed-use villa project in Khopoli near Mumbai. The project will feature villas, plotted residences, retail spaces, lifestyle amenities, and a theme-based clubhouse. Supported by UHNI investors through its SEBI-approved fund, NeoLiv aims to create a premium residential community within the MMR.
