Gajanan Ferro has proposed expansion of its existing plant at Village Kadambeda, Police Station Dhalbhumgarh, District East Singhbhum, Jharkhand. The proposal includes expansion of ferro alloy capacity from 0.112 MTPA to 0.266 MTPA, sponge iron from 0.594 MTPA to 0.8085 MTPA, captive power plant from 76 MW to 172 MW, and installation of new units including LC/MC ferro alloys (0.2485 MTPA), SMS plant (1.168 MTPA), rolling mill (1.122 MTPA), pellet plant (1.0 MTPA), and fly ash brick/block plant (5.94 crore units), along with allied facilities.
