No. 118 (Part), Done Atkuru Village, Nidamanuru Gram Panchayat, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh. The project comprises a tower and podium configuration with three podium parking floors, ground floor, and eight upper floors, having a total built-up area of 24,318.58 sq. m. Construction is planned in two phases, with Phase I up to ground plus six floors and Phase II involving addition of two upper floors.
