Fortis takes full control of Greater Noida hospital

Fortis Healthcare subsidiary International Hospital (IHL) has signed a 15-year lease with RR Lifesciences to operate and expand Fortis Hospital Greater Noida. Earlier run under O&M since October 2022, the 200-bed multi-speciality facility sits on a 1.35-acre UPSIDA-leased site with 2.7 lakh sq. ft. built-up area. The agreement gives Fortis full operational and financial control, with expansion potential of 50 beds, taking total capacity to around 250 beds under its hospital network.
