J&K reviews ropeway, logistics, and multimodal infrastructure projects

The Jammu & Kashmir government reviewed progress on key National Highways Logistics Management (NHLML) projects including the Parvatmala ropeways, Inter-Modal Station (IMS) at Katra, and Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Jammu. DPRs for seven PPP-based ropeways are in progress, with focus on surveys, land assessment, and financing models. The review emphasized accelerated DPR preparation and MoU execution to fast-track connectivity and logistics development in the region.
