Hiranandani Communities launches Rs. 300 crore senior-living project in Oragadam

Hiranandani Communities has announced “Elements,” a Rs. 300 crore senior-living development in Oragadam, Chennai. The one million sq. ft. project will offer 400 senior-friendly homes, including 700 sq. ft. two-BHK units, developed in partnership with GTB Urban Developers. Spread across 4.5 acres, the project will be delivered in two phases and is designed with wellness-focused amenities. Positioned within Oragadam’s industrial-growth corridor, the development adds to the region’s expanding residential and community-infrastructure ecosystem.
