Advent Hotels International is expanding its portfolio in India’s luxury and upper-upscale hotel segments through new developments and brand partnerships with Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. The firm is advancing hotel-focused growth following Valor Estate’s demerger, enabling dedicated asset management. Upcoming projects include Marriott Marquis and St. Regis in New Delhi and a major mixed-use hospitality development in Aerocity. Additional partnerships, including with Accor, are under evaluation as the company targets expansion across major metros.
