Juniper Hotels advances multiple hospitality projects across key Indian destinations

Juniper Hotels is progressing several large hospitality infrastructure projects, including its 235-key Phase I Bengaluru development slated for FY26-end and the 111-key Kaziranga Resort, which commenced construction in September 2025. Pre-development continues for the Guwahati (340 keys) and Phase II Bengaluru (273 keys) projects, with sitework scheduled for Q1 FY27. The company has submitted bids for greenfield projects in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Dwarka, reinforcing its expansion of upscale and luxury hospitality assets nationwide.
