GCDA Approves Land Pooling for Kochi’s Infopark Phase III

The Greater Cochin Development Authority has approved the pooling of 500 acres to develop Infopark Phase III, an integrated AI-focused township in Kochi. Land pooling notifications will be issued after local body elections, covering parcels in Kunnathunadu taluk. A dedicated office has been opened for coordination and grievance submission. The project is being jointly executed with Infopark to attract technology and AI-driven enterprises to the region.
