Oberoi Realty partners Aman for Worli luxury hotel-residential project

Oberoi Realty, through its joint venture I-Ven Realty, has partnered with Aman Group SARL for a luxury development on a four-acre land parcel at Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai. The project will include an 80-key ultra-luxury hotel and a residential component offering 1,50,0002,00,000 sq. ft. carpet area for sale. The hotel is targeted to commence operations by 31 August, 2032, with Aman managing the property for 25 years, extendable by 10 years.
