Puravankara has proposed an expansion of its existing residential project – Purva Moonreach, located at Re-Sy. No. 573/1, Kakkanad Village, Thrikkakara Municipality, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam district, Kerala. The project is spread over 0.6862 ha and the total built-up area will increase from 19,065.104 sq m to 44,179.204 sq m. Post-expansion, the development will comprise 198 apartments along with amenity and supporting infrastructure facilities. The project is at the environmental clearance stage.
