Royal Enfield to Establish 9 Lakh Capacity Plant and Vendor Park in AP

Royal Enfield (a unit of Eicher Motors) will establish its first manufacturing facility outside Tamil Nadu on a 276- acre site in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Approved by the state investment board, the project will be deployed in two phases. Phase 1 involves a dedicated component vendor park scheduled for completion by 2029. Phase 2 will deliver the main vehicle assembly plant by 2032, adding an annual production capacity of 9,000,000 motorcycles. The project is expected to strengthen industrial growth and employment generation in the region.
