Maharashtra plans Rs. 23,487 crore WadalaGateway metro corridor

Maharashtra government has proposed an underground metro corridor from Wadala to Gateway of India with an investment of Rs. 23,487 crore. The project is part of a long-term plan to develop 1,200 km metro and 6,000 km expressways by 2047, enhancing urban connectivity.
