Oberoi Realty partners Aman for Worli luxury project

Oberoi Realty, through I-Ven Realty, has partnered with Aman Group for an ultra-luxury mixed-use development on a four-acre parcel at Worli, Mumbai. The project will feature an 80-room luxury hotel and a residential component offering 1,50,000–2,00,000 sq. ft. of saleable carpet area. The development will operate under the Aman brand, with hotel operations targeted by 31 August 2032 and long-term management arrangements in place.
