A major integrated chemicals manufacturing project has been proposed at Villages Padariya in Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch, Gujarat for production of phenol, acetone, bisphenol A, polycarbonate, hydrogenation products and related chemicals along with a 90 MW captive power plant. The proposal is under environmental clearance consideration.
