Cognizant Proposes Multi Phase IT and ITES Campus in Visakhapatnam

Cognizant Technology Solutions India has proposed development of a multi phase IT and ITES campus over 22.19 acres at IT Madhurawada 2, Visakhapatnam. The master plan envisages a total built up area of 148490 sq m to accommodate around 8000 occupants in phases, including office towers, podium structures, amenity blocks, multi level parking and utility infrastructure along with facilities such as cafeterias, gymnasium, auditorium, medical rooms and recreational spaces. The proposal is under environmental clearance consideration.
