NHAI launches Rs. 303.53 crore NH-33 flyover and tunnel project

National Highways Authority of India has launched a 6.06 km infrastructure project on NH-33 at Nevri Chowk in Ranchi. Executed under the EPC model, the project includes construction of a four-lane flyover and a 1.24 km tunnel to improve traffic movement and safety. The project is scheduled for completion by December 2027 and forms part of Jharkhand’s larger road infrastructure expansion programme. RKD Construction emerged as the L-1 bidder after quoting ₹148.65 crore, which was accepted by NHAI.
