The project comprises five blocks: the Boy’s Hostel having Basement Floor + Ground Floor + 5 Upper Floors + Terrace Floor; the Academic Block having Basement Floor + Ground Floor + 6 Upper Floors + Terrace Floor; the Green Room having Ground Floor + 1 Upper Floor; the Cafeteria Block having Ground Floor + 2 Upper Floors; and the Pharmacy College Block having Basement Floor + Ground Floor + 5 Upper Floors + Terrace Floor. The total site area is 76,283.244 sq.m., and the gross Built-Up Area (BUA) is 45,033.0 sq.m.
