Expansion of Construction of High-Rise Residential Buildings at Tadepalli, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. The project proponent is now proposing an expansion of the project, increasing the approved built-up area from 84,588.62 sq. m to 180,384.91 sq. m. The additional built-up area proposed is 95,786.29 sq. m. In this additional area, 73,673.90 sq. m is proposed for residential use, while the stilt and cellar areas account for 7,210.74 sq. m and 14,911.65 sq. m, respectively, and amenities facilities are existing.
