The proposed greenfield steel plant will feature a range of facilities including DRI Kilns for producing Sponge Iron (99,000 TPA), an Induction Furnace with LRF & CCM for Hot Billets/MS products (1,48,500 TPA), and a Rolling Mill (1,40,250 TPA) utilizing 85% hot charging. Additionally, the plant will house a Coal Gasifier for the Rolling Mill, an M.S. Pipe Plant (1,00,000 TPA), Ferro Alloys production (FeSi, FeMn, SiMn, FeCr, Pig Iron), and power plants generating a total of 12.5 MW. Other units include a Brick Manufacturing facility and a Briquetting Plant. The unit location is Nakti Khapri village, Raipur District, Chhattisgarh.
