SKA Group, a prominent realty developer, has announced plans to invest Rs 592 crore in the development of SKA Destiny One, its maiden luxury residential project in Greater Noida. Spread over 1.4 million sq ft, the project will feature three towers—Alpha, Beta, and Gama—comprising a total of 645 units. With Alpha Tower boasting 34 floors and Beta and Gama towers each standing at 32 floors, the project aims to redefine luxury living in the region.
