Environmental clearance is sought for a Granite (Minor Mineral) Mining Project, M.L. No- 57/2013, located near Bagjana village, Tehsil Kareda, District Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The proposed project aims to expand the area from 1.2504 hectares to 1.6792 hectares (1.2504 hectares existing area + 0.4288 hectares new area) and increase the production capacity to 3,46,777 tonnes per annum (ROM), consisting of 2,08,065 tonnes of saleable granite and 1,38,712 tonnes of waste. The project involves a mix of private and government land parcels (Khasra No. 825/496, 507/02, 495).
