GAIL Revises Urja Ganga Pipeline Completion to March 2025

GAIL (India) Ltd is constructing the Rs 12,940-crore Urja Ganga gas pipeline. The 3,306-kilometre Jagdishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra pipeline, initially set for completion by June 2024, is now rescheduled to March 2025 due to delays in right of use (RoU) availability. The Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga pipeline will connect over 90 geographical areas across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, and the northeastern region of India.
