Eldeco Group to Unveil High-End Luxury Project in Gurugram, Investments Pegged at ?400 Crore

Real estate giant Eldeco Group is set to launch an opulent residential project in Gurugram, offering housing units ranging from ?2.5 crore to ?5 crore. The company, having acquired 8.5 acres of land in Sector 80 Gurugram for ?165 crore in 2023, plans to invest approximately ?400 crore in construction. The land was secured through an auction conducted by the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). Pending approvals, construction is anticipated to commence by April 2024.
